Why this happens
Some email providers group messages with the same subject into one email thread or conversation. When that happens, an older verification email may appear above the newest one.
If you click an older link, MediaHub may show an error saying the verification link has expired or is invalid.
Important: Only the newest verification email should be used. Older verification links may stop working after a newer verification email is requested.
How to fix an expired or invalid verification link
1
Delete previous verification emails
Remove older MediaHubHQ emails that contain verification links before requesting a new one.
2
Request a new verification email
After deleting older messages, request a new verification email from MediaHub.
3
Open the newest email
Make sure you are opening the latest email in your inbox, not an older message inside the same thread.
4
Click the newest verification link
Use the newest active link to complete your account verification.
Not receiving the verification email?
If the email does not appear immediately, try these steps:
- Wait a few minutes for delivery.
- Refresh your inbox.
- Check your Spam or Junk Email folder.
- Search your inbox for “MediaHubHQ”, “Verification”, or “Verify your email”.
Some email providers may delay automated emails or filter them into Spam or Junk folders.
